This beautiful bowl is double marked with the Coiffe factory underglaze white ware mark in green, circa 1891-1914, and the Tressemann and Vogt decorating mark in purple, circa 1907-1919. It is expertly hand painted with cabbage roses in shades of burgundy, pink, and yellow. The background is lovely blended shades of chocolate brown, pale yellow, and soft white. The graceful scalloped rim is boldly accented with gold gilding that shows no wear. The bowl measures 10 3/8" in diameter and stands 2 1/4" tall. This lovely piece contains no chips, cracks, or repairs. Excellent condition.
