This is a great example of a piece of Nakara glassware. The humidor is 5 1/2" tall and is white glassware that is decorated pink. The piece has a brass hinged lid. The lid and base are both decorated with white flowers and the base has Cigars written in pink.
The base is signed Nakara C.F.M. Co. The C. F. Monroe Company produced both Nakara and Wave Crest glassware.
This piece was produced in the early 1900s. The company closed in 1916.
There are no chips or cracks and very little wear to the paint.
