The background is a bright gold with full roses in shades from deep wine to pastel pink. It measures 6.25" high x 8" handle to spout. The signature is 'F. Rene' at the base of the handle.
The marks on the bottom are a crown with 'Habsburg' above it and 'Hand Painted Made in Austria' in two lines below the crown. The other mark is in script and may be 'Neyrou' on the top line, then '2774' on the second line; and it looks like an '8' under that. These are overglaze marks.
There are no chips, cracks or crazing. There is a bit of wear to the gold on the handle and also some on the very bottom edge.
