Here is a porcelain and stainless steel fork and knife dessert or fruit set made by Royal Crown Derby of England. This set has 12 forks and 12 knives for a total of 24 pieces. The painted floral designs on each china handle resembles the Derby Posies pattern, which was first made at the turn of the 20th century. This set comes in its original Royal Crown Derby simulated leather box, which is velvet and silk lined.
Each piece is marked on the blade or tines Royal Crown Derby Made in England. This set was probably made in the 1950s.
This fine quality set is in mint condition. There is no wear to the pieces and the detailed painting is crisp. There are no dents, no cracks, no chips, no breaks, no splits, no monograms, no monogram removals, no repairs and no problems of any kind.
Each fork measures 6 1/4" long and each knife measures 6 7/8" long.
