This bowl is hand painted with orange and pink flowers and greenery on a white and soft yellow to pale green background. The scalloped and beaded rim is painted an eye-catching turquoise blue that is greatly enhanced by the sponged gold gilding.
The bowl is initialed and dated on the bottom by the artist, J. N. M. 1907. Also on the bottom of the bowl is the underglaze white ware mark of the Latrille Freres Factory, circa 1899-1913.
The bowl is in excellent condition, with no chips, cracks, or repairs.
It measures 8.5" in diameter and stands 2.25" tall.
