A delightful antique hand painted Haviland Limoges floral art tea set including the most elegant Gold Ribbon Handled Tray, Footed Tea Pot, Sugar Bowl and Creamer. Rarely does such romantic French heirloom set come along with such beautifully shaped porcelain molds. This darling vintage tea set is dated '1898' by its china artist. The hand written date '1898' appears in Gold upon the belly of the Teapot. The handles, edge of spout, and delicately curved feet of the Teapot, Sugar Bowl and Creamer have each been lavishly china painted with 19th Century Coin Gold.

Each of the pieces is in excellent condition, with the china paintings very well preserved within the lustrous glass over glaze. 'H&Co L France' pottery hallmark of HAVILAND LIMOGES appears on the bottom of tray. The sizes of each piece are as follows:
Footed teapot: 8-1/2" long x 4-3/4" tall x 4" wide.
Footed sugar bowl: 5" long x 2-3/4" tall.
Footed creamer: 5-1/2"long x 3-1/2" tall.
Ribbon handle tray:11-1/4" long x 8-1/2" wide.
