This is a beautiful antique hand painted Limoges Victorian Brooch with a delightful garland of pink and ruby roses decorating its oval porcelain face. This circa 1890s china painting of roses was handmade by an American Victorian china artist, and is not a mass produced pin made by a factory. It is 'one-of-a-kind' and dates to the Late Victorian period, which makes it approximately 110 years old. It is in excellent condition, with an antique brass back-clasp/hook and antique brass cameo back plate. It is a medium size oval porcelain brooch pin which measures 2" x 1-1/2".
