This is an antique victorian Limoge hand painted plate from the 1800s with pink and burgundy cabbage roses. The detail in the buds, foliage, and soft background colors are painted by the artist "M. Rosenthal" on the back. The edge has been gilded. The gilding is fully intact.
The R. Delinieres & Cie Limoges mark dates this piece 1879 to 1900.
