The marks on the bottom are "Limoges WG&Co France". The pattern is a border with a cobalt background with green leaves and shades of pink roses. There is quite a bit of gilt trim on the border, and heart shaped handles. The lid has a notch for a ladle.
Condition is excellent; only a slight amount of gold loss. No chips cracks or crazing.
