Presented is an ornate, sterling silver teaspoon made by George W. Shiebler. This piece is in the multi-motif Flora pattern, which was first produced in 1889. The uniquely shaped handle is decorated with a beautiful, high relief flower, three blossoms and a huge leaf over a swirl design background.
The back of the handle has a monogram W to B. The back of the spoon is marked with the George W. Shiebler wings hallmark, sterling and patent 1889.
This piece is in excellent condition and the flower design is crisp. There are no dents, no breaks, no splits, no monogram removals, no repairs and no problems of any kind.
The spoon measures 5 5/8 inches long.
