This is a hand painted antique limoge large dresser tray and dresser dish. It features ferns, pink violets and a sepia winter scene with snow laden trees and a figure, and a snow covered building with a windmill by a river. Beyond that, there is raised areas for added dimension to the river, roof top, trees, flowers and leaves.
The edges are gilded and 99% intact. The dresser dish is marked Tressemann and Vogt Mark 8 on the back, that dates this piece to 1891.
It is in excellent condition; no chips, cracks, or crazing. The tray is not marked.
The tray measures 12 1/8" x 10 3/4" x 1/2" tall. The dresser dish measures 4 1/2" x 1" tall.
