Base is marked "Pairpoint" C3064 with original paper label. Original base with a mixture of different parts. New socket. The cap is of brass and is not original to the base. It has original wiring. Base is tarnishing. Shade is hand painted on the inside. Colors are purple, green, yellow, orange, and burgandy. Shade has been damaged. The shade has been broken where the cap sits. There are big chips out around the rim. There are also two internal cracks on the top about a inch long. When cap in on the shade the damage is not visible.
Measures 15.5 inches tall and 8.5 inches is diameter.
