This is a treasure chest of gilted 1818 - 1838 French silver spoons, 2nd titre .800/1000 standard.
The set of 6 are excellent, as is the presentation box. Wood has brass stringing; it has a Napoleon III feel to it, but the spoons are, as known from the date, earlier than 1838, probably Charles X or Reformation period. The interior is in fine condition on this set.
Box is 6 3/4" x 4 1/2" and is 1 5/8" tall. Each spoon is 5 7/8" long and weigh 3.5 ounces total.
