Silver plate napkin ring has a circular base with raised flower and leaf decoration; a branch rises from base and follows curve of ring; bird with wings spread sits atop branch; ring has elaborate engraved foliate decoration; no maker's mark; impressed mark on underside, "1593"; thought to be late 19th Century; 2 ½" wide, 3 ½" tall.
Condition: Scattered spots of wear to finish.
