Antique hand painted Bavaria Floral Art Salt & Pepper Shakers or Victorian Sugar Shaker set with gold tops, circa 1900.
Completely hand-painted by an early American china artist, who signed these mirror image pieces 'LYON'. These are each 'one-of-a-kind' original handmade hand painted works of porcelain artistry created by an independent china painter over 100 years ago, not a factory mass-produced decorative item.

Against the softest background of lavender blue, these perky daisy bouquets nod happily at each other, bloom to bloom. We picture these lovely salt and pepper shakers on a Springtime Victorian luncheon table, conjuring the happiest of meadow scenes and bonhomie. Roman Gold tops cap off the sunny scenes with shining elegance.

Excellent condition.
These are very large shakers which stand 4-1/2" tall x nearly 3" wide across base. Corks intact.
