The soft, pastel background colors are blended together beautifully to form a canvas for the flowers, which are painted in shades of pink and purple with yellow centers. The rim is decorated with heavy gold gilding and there are flowers embossed on two sides and heavily gilded.
It is signed by M. O'Malley.
Mark is the William Guerin mark #3 which was used between 1900 and 1932.
It's approximately 12 1/4" x 9 1/2".
There are no cracks, chips, or nics. There is some minor wear to the gold on the rim.
