This open-handled cake plate has embossing around the edge. Painted by an living artist who is currently producing porcelain pieces in the manner of the old Limoges artists. It is a multi-step process using mineral paints and multiple kiln firings.
This piece measures 11 1/2" across the handles. It is rimmed in gold and in excellent condition.
