Marble plinth; a hand painted 'Old Paris' looking (possibly Sevres or Limoge) porcelain riser that supports a splendid antique French opaline ruffle-rimmed open tazza-style top; are a pair of mantel garnitures, which they probably were originally. Could be uses as as a pair of serving platters or even as stands for your big candles on a dinner table.
No damage to porcelain. There is a chip on one side of the glass.
