An older ES Prussia dresser box of excellent quality, decorated with pink roses and shadow lily of the valley, against a background blend of iridescent lavender to white.
Measures 2 5/8" tall with cover x 4.25" across.
Finest quality porcelain and softly blown out lobed mold with pink roses displayed at one third intervals about the base, while hand painted gold details the embossed decoration at the rim of the cover.
Condition is very good; free of chips, nicks or cracks with some wear in the gold along the cover rim; there is an area of white filler on the interior rim of the base - does not appear to be a repair as when scraping a bit of the hard substance away, the porcelain appears solid below.
Carries a green "ES Prussia" hallmark at the base.
