The detail in the mums and foliage has been highlighted with raised (3-D) hand painted accents for added dimension by a factory approved artist. The mold it features raised (#-D) tulips near the edge and a scalloped edge, that has been sponge gilded.
Gilt shows some wear, but it does not detract. It is double marked (more valuable) with the J.Pouyet Limoges France marks 7 and 8, these date this piece 1891-1932.

Condition: Excellent; no chips, cracks or crazing. One very tiny thin scratch (negligable), noted in the foliage near the center white mum, between the 2 small pink buds.
