Marked on back "J.P. France" "P. & B. Mfg. Co., Nashville, TN". Each plate measures 9 3/4" wide with heavily gilt rims and gilt designs on a cranberry border with floral wreaths around center.
There is slight loss of gilt with some flakes and minimal chipping.
