Silver plate napkin ring rests on rectangular platform with tapered sides; has raised leaf and scroll decoration; reeded ring topped by bird with outspread wings seated on a ball; twisted cord and tassel descends from ball on one side of ring.
There is an impressed mark on underside, "Mf'd. and Plated by Reed & Barton, no. 1310".
3 1/8" wide, 3 ¼" tall.
Condition: Very minor scattered spots of wear to finish.
