This is a lovely set of hand embroidered linen placemats are from the 1930’s or 40’s. These mats measure 10 by 16 inches, the edges have hand crochet lace, on each corner and along the edges are hand embroidered baskets with pretty pink flowers in French Knots and pink edging. There is a small faint stain on 3 of them, they are otherwise in very good condition.
