All orders are shipped UPS or Fedex Ground unless otherwise noted.
Domestic Shipping Exceptions: PO Boxes and APO/FPO will be shipped United States Postal Service.
All shipping and handling costs within the United States are calculated with your order, except for furniture, antiques and items over $500. In this instance, a customer service representative will contact you about the best method of shipping for you.
It is our policy to expedite your order in an efficient and timely fashion. Please allow two weeks for delivery. You will be sent an order confirmation to the email address you provide in the checkout form. All next day air, second day air or other expedited orders placed later than 2:00 pm Standard Pacific Time will be processed the next business day.
Will be shipped the most expedient and cost effective way for your country. Orders shipped outside of the continental U.S. are subject to additional shipping charges. Estimated delivery time for items we have in stock is 2 weeks from the day you place your order provided no problems occur with your local customs office. Some countries may require various types of import licenses. JZ-Rose.com will not knowingly ship any products to any countries that may require any type of license.
